Natalie Miller is a professional with a diverse background in Insurance, Human Resources, and Corrections. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management, a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Administration, which she obtained from Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, TX.
Her experience in the corrections field involves reviewing and auditing department records to ensure they comply with PREA mandates.
Beyond her professional life, Natalie is deeply dedicated to her family, faith, and community. Natalies family values are a cornerstone of Her life, and Her faith provides her with purpose and empathy for others. Natalie has also founded and lead a 501(C)3 non-profit organization aimed at reducing homelessness, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact on her community. In a nutshell, Natalie is a a professional who combines meticulous attention to detail with a compassionate heart, strong family values, unwavering faith, and a tireless dedication to improving our community.
Renee Farmer prides her self as being from South Mississippi. Renee began her career in the insurance industry in 2013 as a dedicated file reviewer with operations in both Texas and
Canada.
Her role as a QA Manager involves meticulously examining thousands of claims stemming from various perils, including
floods, windstorms, hail, tornadoes, theft, lightning strikes, sewer backups, and winter weather incidents. Each storm
presents its unique set of complexities, pushing her to adapt and excel in diverse circumstances.
Beyond the typical responsibilities of file reviewing, Renee takes on additional roles such as running performance reports to
assess our company's efficiency and effectiveness. Renee is someone who values knowledge sharing and growth,Renee also serves
as a mentor to fellow file reviewers, supporting their professional development and helping them navigate the intricacies
of our industry.
Throughout Her career, Renee has had the privilege of working with numerous insurance carriers across the United States and
Canada. This experience allowed her to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry's nuances and the diverse
needs of our clients.
Robert Willars has been a staple in the insurance industry. He has served as Team Manager, Team lead ,Lead adjuster General Adjuster, War room manger in his 20+years in the insurance industry. In addition Robert Willars is a proficient teacher in Xactimate. Robert Willars where's many hats in this industry , but his primary passion is people. Whether you are the insured that has suffered a catastrophic event or an adjuster that is struggling to make a coverage decision. Robert does what it takes to insure the success of everything he is involved in.
